What does the name "Moodest9" mean? How do I pronounce it?
Moodest9 is an anagram of Dominik's (our founder) childhood nickname combined with the number that is following him through all of his life.
You pronounce it like regular you would pronounce regularly the word "mood" and the "est" is the same as in "coolest". At the end you just regularly say number 9.
When did Moodest9 start?
Moodest9 started officially in the autumn of 2025.
Where are you located? Can I buy a lamp in person?
We are located in the suburbs of Zagreb, Croatia. We don't offer in-person shopping since we don't have a phisical shop, but we have seconds sales a few times per year. We will post about it on our social media in time.
Shipping and Returns
What are your delivery times?
Our lead time for each order is about 4 weeks. If you placed your order more than 1 month ago and you haven't received an update, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the EU, EEA, and Balkans. If there is an international requirement we might do a custom order for you. We just don't tend to do it because it might cost you a fortune and the wait could be too long. But if you insist, we will do it for you.
What is your return policy?
We will accept all EU and EEA returns within 30 days of you receiving the product. The exception of this are sales that come under seconds and anything marked "Final Sale". For more about our return policy and instructions, you can find out here.
My item arrived broken/never arriver!
We are so sorry about this! We design our products with lasting quality top of mind and hate to hear they weren’t delivered to that standard.
Send us a couple images of your product with the receipt to support team and we will do what we can to sort you out

What kind of bulb can I use in my lamp?
You can replace the warm white bulbs we include with many LED bulbs.
Please note some bulbs are too tall for some lamps. Take a look at specific product page for specifics.
How do I assemble my lamp?
Scan the QR code on the product info sheet included with your order, or check out each product page for links to all assembly guides.

How do I care for my Moodest9 products?
Wipe down your 3D printed products (like lamps or vases) with a lightly damp cloth. You can use a little soap if there’s a stubborn mark! Make sure your lamp is unplugged while you do this.

Can I commission a custom design?
Although we’d love to be able to do this for individual people, we just don’t have that capacity right now. If you’re looking for a large order of custom pieces, or would like to join our trade program, apply here.
