The online store designs, manufactures and sells 3D-printed lighting products, including lamps and related accessories. All products are manufactured within the European Union and sold directly to consumers via this website.

6. Relationship to other policies
Your contract with us consists of your order and our order confirmation, our Terms of service, our Shipping policy and our Refund policy. Our Privacy policy is not a contract term; it informs you how we process your personal data.
If there is any inconsistency between these documents and mandatory consumer protection law, the law prevails. Unclear terms are interpreted in the way that is more favourable to the consumer.
7. Consumer rights and right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have, among others, the following rights, wherever your order is delivered:
- a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract (Croatian Consumer Protection Act; Directive 2011/83/EU);
- the legal guarantee: the seller's liability for material defects (lack of conformity) of the goods for at least two years from delivery (Croatian Obligations Act; Directive (EU) 2019/771).
For orders delivered inside the European Union we additionally offer a voluntary 30-day return policy, as described in our Refund policy.
For lamps delivered inside the European Union we also give a two-year commercial guarantee; its terms are in section 8 of our Terms of service. It is given in addition to the legal guarantee and does not limit it.
Nothing in this Legal notice or in our other policies limits or excludes these rights.
8. Product information
Each lamp is 3D printed. Fine layer lines and minor variations in colour, texture or surface finish are a normal result of this manufacturing process and part of the look of the product. Colours may also appear slightly different on different screens. This description does not limit your legal rights if a lamp is defective or does not match its description.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, text, graphics and logos, is the intellectual property of GO2WORK j.d.o.o. or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited, except where the law permits it.
10. Website content
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date and we correct errors as soon as we become aware of them. We may update the content of the website at any time. A change does not affect an order that you have already placed: the prices, product descriptions and terms shown when you placed your order apply to that order.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content. The operators of those websites are responsible for them. If we learn that linked content is unlawful, we remove the link.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Contracts concluded through this website and the use of this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of the country where you live or in the courts of Croatia, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live. Consumers resident elsewhere keep any right to sue in their home courts that their own law gives them.
14. Written complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Written complaints. You can send us a written complaint by e-mail to info@moodest9.design or by post to GO2WORK j.d.o.o., Ulica Ljerke Šram 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. We confirm receipt in writing without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
Alternative dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can ask a notified body for alternative resolution of consumer disputes to help, without going to court. In Croatia these include the Mediation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (Centar za mirenje pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori), Rooseveltov trg 2, 10000 Zagreb, https://www.hgk.hr/centar-za-mirenje/o-centru-za-mirenje. The list of notified bodies in all EU countries is published by the European Commission at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/list-alternative-dispute-resolution-adr-bodies_en.
We are not legally obliged to take part in such proceedings and have not committed in advance to do so. If a complaint cannot be resolved, we tell you in our written reply which bodies are available and whether we will take part.
If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, the European Consumer Centre in your country can advise you free of charge on a cross-border purchase.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
15. Old electrical equipment (e-waste)
Lamps are electrical equipment. When a lamp can no longer be used, please do not put it in mixed household waste; hand it in separately so that it can be recycled.
Customers in Croatia: when you buy a new lamp from us, you can hand in to us, free of charge, an old lamp of the same kind that served the same purpose (one old item for one new item). You can hand it in at our address: GO2WORK j.d.o.o., Ulica Ljerke Šram 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Customers in other countries: please use the separate collection points for electrical waste in your town or municipality.
